01 / The thesis
Europe does not need
another promise.
It needs practical infrastructure for the moment when a material claim is questioned.
Our Netherlands-first thesis is deliberately narrow: take one defined textile stream through four operational gates, record the decisions and hand-offs, then invite a human review of what the record can and cannot support.
That is the work. No invented network, no implied endorsement, no leap from “designed for” to “certified against”.
